Dear Jill,

I enjoyed the visit that we had the other-day and was curious to find more information about you and your past experiences. I typed your name into Google, I got over 25 million results from searching your name. I tried sifting through some of the links that pulled up your name; I quickly discovered that you were not involved with anything within the search results.
Here are a few of the links that I believed you may have been associated with:

I pulled up all of these links hoping to find if there was more information for me about you. I’m sure you are aware that none of these links directly involve you or give me further information that I was seeking for. However, at the very bottom of my Google search page I was able to get a result that links to you Twitter account. I was able to pull up and read what you have posted on Twitter; I am a huge soccer fan and was very excited about the Real Salt Lake team winning the MLS cup title this year. I also discovered that you are a New York Yankees fan, which is too bad. I can never be a Yankees fan.

I knew that it was going to be difficult for me to find specific information about you through a Google search because you name is very common. I was surprised that I got 25 million results though, that was far more than I was expecting.

Thanks Jill,

Couper Sorenson

  1. I am suprised that you found 25 millon results for the name Jill Little. Though you did not find much on her, I don't know if that is necessaily a bad thing... Good job! The final paper!

  2. I must agree with you Couper, it is just not right to be a Yankees fan! In fact, it should be against the law!

  3. Wow Coup I am surprised that you found 25 million results also. I hope some of them were using little as an adjective and not a name...

Great paper. You did a great job to stretch one sentence of information out into an entire paper. I am impressed!
